We love to explore and find the most amazing venues that are unique and special – we searched hard to find the ultimate Mansion to house such an incredible event. We booked multiple site visits to ensure the venue fit the bill and could accommodate the experience we looked to create.
With tight deadlines, we worked fast to produce beautiful statement pieces and branded items for the event, including a bespoke branded giant garden swing, beautiful foliage wall, fresh florals and branded name cards that were actually bottles of champagne – oh yeah, that’s how we do it!
Once we signed off all plans with our client, we go into deliver mode and created the event plans, run risk assessments, and manage all our fantastic suppliers to bring the event to life.
02Delivery
Guests were greeted by our live DJ and drinks reception within our stunning Surrey based Mansion – guests were seated and served cocktails followed by a four – course banquet meal. The table was dressed with Perspex moss filled menus, bespoke champagne bottles including guests engraved name, an incredible fresh flower display including hanging flower chandeliers, and other surprises throughout the evening to create the ultimate dining experience.
Feedback
Guests were blown away by the overall event, especially the attention to detail and creativity. The food and drinks were on another level, and the Instagram accounts were popping with all guests capturing this visually stunning event – WE LOVED IT!
