We love an open brief from a client so we can have free rein on creatives. What better way to reunite the team than on one mega glittery dancefloor – Disco Reunion was created, pithed to the client, and signed off! – let’s get cracking.

The team got to work and started to design the look and feel of the event. The venue was to be Manchester’s iconic conference and exhibition centre. It’s a great venue, however we still needed to transform the blank canvas into a Studio 54 inspired mega club!

The event would replicate a stunning nightclub with slick white stage, white dancefloor, and fittings – every detail was to look perfect. We created a brand identity and branded the bar and provided plenty of eye-catching instagramable moments around the space.

We brought in plush furnishing to create the cocktail lounge vibe, a light up disco bar and plenty of disco balls!

The entertainment needed to fit the theme and get people dancing after a full day of conferencing. Our funk band and DJ was going to be the perfect party combo for all ages.

Alongside the main party, we also would support with the daytime conference and dinner. For the conference breakouts we provided fun elements such as interactive games to challenge the brain and create some healthy competition along with score boards to keep track throughout the day. Ready for the evening meal, we assisted with bringing the conference room to life with LED centre pieces and table dressing.
