The Brief

B&M reached out to us with the task of creating an incredible celebration to finish the years end. Our brief included, venue find, hotels, concept design and delivery, and overall project management of the event.

01Challenge

Liverpool was the chosen location. With limited choices in the area for events of this size, we got to work and secured a stunning event space at The Titanic Hotel.

 “Ice Out” was the theme for the event, a twist on a traditional Winter Wonderland.

We wanted the event to feel immersive as if transported to another world. The key is to create interactive elements along with a full transformation of the venue – not an easy task! 

02Delivery

Our incredible team designed a breath-taking transformation including Icy woodland décor, production set, LED stage and dance floor, photo opportunities made from ice, along with ski and other interactive games.

To create the WOW factor, we suspended performers from the roof, booked a huge line up of DJ’s, roving entertainers and bands. And for the grand finale, one epic private firework shows timed to music – it was an incredible night!

Feedback
