After the huge success of last year’s event, we had set the bar high, so we needed to create something truly out of the world – so, what better theme than SPACE!!
The concept was a journey through space onboard our ship, Galactico. Imagine the most incredible party ever, all while flying through space.
We wanted to ensure guests felt transported into another world, so we spent months designing the ship, stage and set including an air tunnel to board, along with lots of detailed elements to bring the experience to life.
Entertainment was to be a huge focus – so we decided to create our very own Blast-OFF sequence to launch the party in style. We auditioned dancers and designed costumes, music and visuals. Alongside this, we recruited our very own “Ships Crew” and some other weird and wonderful passengers to join the flight.
Other elements included our immersive gaming area, “The Battle Zone” along with our 360 photobooths, and giant snap stations.
02Delivery
Guests were greeted by the ship’s crew as they boarded the ship, Galactico – immersive characters and walk-about creatures set the scene. After the company team awards were presented, it was straight into the launch sequence and time to fly – from this moment onwards the experience was out of this world – instead of trying to put this into words, check out the video below and see for yourself….
Feedback
The feedback was universally incredible “BEST ONE EVER” – it’s safe to say, we are already planning 2024 and we couldn’t be happier.
