Challenge
The location for the event was Lounge HQ, comprising a brand-new state of the art office hub overlooking a stunning garden – the perfect location for a summer event. We got straight to work and designed the ultimate summer festival with Lounge’s brand values in mind. We wanted to incorporate their sense of style and colours into the event, so we decided to create bespoke photo opportunities, branded décor, and elements of their fun personality into everything we created.
Wet weather is always a possibility, so we designed a huge stretch tent, furnished with a rustic vibe, a bespoke branded bar with stage for entertainment and an awards ceremony. Food was important and who can resist a freshly baked woodfire pizza!!
Square Fish Events provided project management from bespoke structures and production to catering and entertainment!
02Delivery
The evening kicked off with a surprise video for the owners, Dan and Mel. Guests were then greeted with a champagne reception followed by live fire dancers and a gorgeous photo opportunity in the Lounge HQ gardens Guests then proceeded to the purpose-built marquee for drinks and awards – we surprised the guests with an aerial performance.
We rounded off the night with a live sax performance, DJ set and plenty of delicious food and drinks – partying into the early morning!
