When the PA Network reached out to us to discuss the event, we were blown away – to be considered as an event partner for such prestigious awards was an honour. The beauty of this client was the creative freedom they gave so we could really showcase what Square Fish Events can deliver.
We got to work and came up with our creative direction which was to be a super glam evening set to rival the Grammy’s. Along with our production partner, we created the ultimate stage and set and spent countless months looking into every detail, from lighting, styling, branding and most importantly, entertainment.
An 18-piece orchestra was to be the headliner along with interactive shows placed within the audience, so the fun kicked off from the minute guests arrived – all upbeat and not a ballad in sight, we wanted this to be a PARTY!!!
02Delivery
The evening kicked off with a celebrity-worthy entrance, a 7-meter step and a repeat wall lit by giant hanging chandeliers. After a champagne reception, the frosted glass dropped, revealing the most incredibly stunning room you have seen.
The show opened with an epic 18-piece Orchestra, followed by our superstar host, Josh Denzel. Our guests enjoyed a jam-packed awards show including a battling piano show that immersed the audience, a live DJ and a headliner show that kept guests dancing until the early hours. We wanted to make the evening special and ensure all short-listed nominees felt like the superstars of the night!
