The team got to work and started on the production build, stage plans and concept – we decided the venue of choice was to be the AJ Bell Stadium, a large open space with a great blank canvas to work with.
Once we designed the stage and production plans, we then focus our time producing attendee management plans to ensure a smooth experience from check in, right the way through until guests depart. It’s so important to create an enjoyable and well thought out guest journey when planning any type of event.
We also spend time hosting menu tasting to ensure the best quality and experience is delivered on the day, along with décor and entertainment – we look after it all!
We work closely with all our clients to ensure everything has been covered, checked and on point across the board.
02Delivery
Guests arrived ready for check-in and time to enjoy morning refreshments – the conference kicked off on the main stage complete with two giant LED screens and a tv studio like setting. Once the content was delivered and live interviews on stage wrapped up – it was time to reveal the secret garden room which was set for 300 guests to dine in style.
The three – course banquet was served, followed by live music and time for everyone to catch up and have some down time post conference. The room looked incredible, and the décor really created the summer vibe we envisioned – we always try to create a sustainable event, so all the centre pieces went to care homes and hospitals post event.
