01Challenge
The venue choice for this event was crucial due to needing multiple spaces for conferencing, guest accommodation and a large space for break outs and activities.
We booked the stunning Edwardian Hotel in Manchester and got to work on the conference and formal elements.
The team building day needed to be energetic, engaging and something all 150 guests could do simultaneously. We pitched a cool concept which was a twist on the Hunger Games – crazy games, Cube inspired challenges, old school sports day fun, along with some banging DJ’s to create that WOW moment.

The event kicked off with the formal conference and workshop, followed by a chilled evening of food and drink and a chance for everyone to settle in and reconnect.
The next morning, we kicked off the with Quooker Games, an action-packed day which was received so well by all the team – let’s just say everyone had a competitive streak.
We had a few hours to flip the room into an Alpine Ski dinner, before coaching guests off to a secret location – what better surprise than an after party with your very own private Bongos’ Bingo show…the party went off!
Not long after, we revealed a second room “The Quooker Club” their very own VIP nightclub experience.
All guests partied util the early hours and the dance floor was packed until the very end…JOB DONE!
Feedback
Quooker could not thank us enough and feedback from the team was amazing. Conferences don’t have to be your average stage talk, sandwiched and stuffy dinner - create the unexpected, and deliver the ultimate, engaging experience.
