Challenge
With covid restrictions tighter than ever, we needed to work smart and quick to deliver the project on time and in line with government guidelines. With budget in mind, we decided to design bespoke engagement boxes including branded gifts, treats and keepsakes for each employee. We included a message from the CEO along with the new brand values book in each of the engagement boxes.
02Delivery
Our team got to work researching and thoughtfully selecting a range of goodies. We instructed our fulfilment partner to create and build the bespoke boxes, carefully incorporating their branding and vibe, just before delivering everything to the door, bang on time!Â
Feedback
The feedback from Smylies was fantastic. In a time where we can’t be together to celebrate and thank the team, the leadership team felt the engagement box concept was a huge success and a fun and unique way to help deliver their new values.
